Ingredients

    Tomatillos, 3 medium
    Onions, raw, 1/3 small
    Green Onion, 1.5 tbsp
    Red Onion, 1.5 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, .3 pepper
    Cilantro, raw, 1.5 tbsp
    Salt, 2 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Tabasco Sauce, 0.25 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 oz, bone and skin removed

Directions

Start by boiling the tomatillos for 5 mins. After boiling , in a blender add tomatillos and add other ingedients but the Chicken. You dont have to cool the tomatillos. After blending until smooth. Take a sheet of foil and put a little of the green sauce down and the place the chicken breast and a little more green sauce to cover chicken. Bake for 15-20 mis. Servce with brown rice
