    1 lb lean beef
    4 sweet Italian sausage
    1 lg can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 lg sweet onion
    1 lg red pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    3 bay leaves
    2 tsp oregeno
    2 tsp basil


Brown beef and sausage with onion, pepper, oregeno, basil, bay leafs, and garlic. Drain any fat. Add wine cook about 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer 1-2 hours. Serve over noodles. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
