Ingredients

    13 oz canned salmon
    3/4 cup quick cooking brown rice
    1 tbsp minced onion
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn
    1 c water
    6 oz low fat cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix Salmon, rice, onions, seasonings, corn and water in a cassarole dish
Bake in preheated, 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melty and bubbly
