    4 chicken breasts cut in half
    3/4 cup BBQ sauce
    10 oz. apricot preserves - sugar free
    1 choped onion
    1T soy sauce
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 package snow pea pods
    1 can sliced chestnuts
    1 can pineapple tidbits drained'

    Rice not included in calorie count


salt and pepper chicken halved
mix the following ingred.
3/4 cups BBQ sauce
10 oz. peach preserves
1 chopped onion
1T soy sauce
1 sliced green pepper

Put chicken in 9X13 pan and pour above ingredients over chicken bake 1 hour
then add 1 pkg pea pods
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can pineapple drained

cook another 5 minutes

serve over cooked rice. Rice is not counted in recipe. 6 points for WW
