Ingredients

    4 cup frozen corn, Thawed (540 grams)
    3 tablespoons fish sauce
    2 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 tablespoons (packed) brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter or Margarine
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions, white part only (from about 3)

Directions

Stir first 4 ingredients in small bowl until sugar dissolves. Melt butter with 2 tablespoons oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add fish sauce mixture and green onions and simmer until sauce begins to thicken, about 4 minutes. When thickened add corn to mixture. Cook till heated.
Makes 6 - 100 gram servings
