Introduction

Good little side-dish. Good little side-dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup dry rice
    2 cups water
    2 tsp butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup onion
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook rice in 2 cups water until tender then set aside to cool.

Melt butter in pan on medium-high heat then add onions and garlic and saute until brown and fragrant. Add rice and mix well, adding all seasoning but lemon juice.

When rice is well coated add lemon juice and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
