Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. spelt, whole
    1 c. spelt, white
    1 1/4 c. millet, ground
    1/2 c. flax, ground
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. baking powder
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. honey

Directions

Combine all the dry indgredients. Add the water and honey. Bake in oiled 12x13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
