    2 10-oz cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups white or brown rice
    2.5 c. water
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    7 chicken leg quarters, skin removed


Mix all ingredients together but chicken. Place in long shallow baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 min.
