    * 8 Eggs
    * 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    * 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Onion Soup
    * 1 Cup Half and Half Cream
    * 2 Cups Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
    * 1 (10 oz) package Broccoli, frozen
    * 4 oz. Canned Mushrooms
    * 1# Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
    * 2 9" Ready-to-Bake Frozen Pie Crusts


Cook broccoli according to directions.
Cook bacon and crumble, or slice and cook until crispy.
Drain mushrooms.
Evenly distribute bacon, mushrooms, broccoli and cheese between both crusts.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add soup and cream.
Evenly distribute egg mixture between both crusts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Makes 16 servings. (Serving = 1/8 slice of one pie)
