Ingredients

    In a non stick pan cook in a small amount of water:
    1 cup onion
    1 cup celery

    Add 2 tbs salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Add 3 cups Jasmine Rice
    6 tablespoons Flax seed meal

    Add
    4.5 cups of water
    1/2 10 package of frozen spinach

    cover and let come to a boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 20 min.
