    Pasta, cooked, 500 grams (yield is from approx 200g uncooked)
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Red Chilli x 2, very finely chopped
    Parsley, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into halves
    Pesto, homemade, 75 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


Whilst the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce;
heat the oil in fry pan, add chopped onion, cooking over a low heat to soften. Add the chopped chilli and sliced garlic, and halved cherry tomatoes. Remove from heat and stir in the pesto.
When everything is cooked, drain the pasta and stir in the 'onion' mixture. Serve immediately, sprinkling the chopped basil on top.
Add grated parmesan to serve, but don't forget to add in the extra calories!
