    Peppercorns, black, x 10
    Cumin seed, 2 tsp
    Coriander seed, 2 tsp
    Green Chillies x 10
    5 chopped Shallots
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    1" Ginger Root, peeled
    6 lemongrass stalks
    12 kaffir lime leaves
    Pinch of ground Cinnamon
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    1 tsp chilli oil
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp


1. Place the peppercorns, cumin and coriander seeds into a dry frying pan over a medium heat and toast for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
2. Transfer to a mortar and pestle and grind to a powder.
3. Place the ground spice mixture into a food processor.
4. Add the remaining green curry paste ingredients and blend until very smooth. This process can take 5-10 minutes, so be sure to rest your blender every few minutes to prevent the motor from overheating.
