    3 - 4 oz. salmon fillets
    1/2 c puffed rice cereal, crushed
    3 tsp honey mustard
    1 tsp ea. - thyme, paprika, pepper, parsley, garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400ยบ. Place salmon skin side down in non-stick casserole dish or foil. Spread 1 tsp of honey mustard on each fillet. In a sperate bowl, crush puffed rice cereal, then add all spices and mix well. Spread on top of fish. Bake for 15 mins., or until fish flakes. 3 servings.
