    1.5 lb ground beef, browned
    5 large green peppers
    1 med onion
    tomatoes, 2.5 cups
    tomato juice 48 fl oz
    1 box Zatarain's Spanish Rice mix
    1 cup white rice


Add all ingredients to 5-quart or larger crock pot. Coock until rice is tender, about five hours on high, ten on low.

Serving size is estimated at 16 servings, should be around 1 1/2 cups each.
