Number of Servings: 6


    - Sesame Seeds, 1 cup
    - Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 2 tbsp
    - Adams Creamy 100% Natural Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp
    - Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp
    - Designer Whey Protein - French Vanilla, 3 serving
    - Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, 2 tbsp


- Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave (about 1 minute).
- Add protein powder, sesame seeds and splenda.
- Mix until combined.
- Add syrup and mix again. You may have to knead it with your hands.
- Line a bread loaf pan with plastic wrap.
- Press the mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold and cut into 6 bars.
