    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
    1-2 TBsp lemon juice
    3 Tsp slenda brown sugar blend, not packed
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


combine soy milk and lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes to create sour milk. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook in large skillet over low heat with butter. helps to place a lid over the pan after pouring in the batter .
