Ingredients

    4 large Egg, fresh
    4oz. Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    1 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute
    Pillsury Crescent Recipe Creations-6 servings per pkg
    4oz Cheese-Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar 2%
    4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Beat eggs in bowl, add seasoning, scramble in non-stick skillet until just barely set (it will finish cooking in oven). Spoon egg mixture over crescent evenly. Sprinkle with cheese, then ham. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until crescent is nicely browned and cheese is melted.
