Freezes well. This recipe came from my Mother-in-law. It is really good, plan on saving some calories for it.

Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 pcs. celery, chopped
1 jar stuffed olives
1.5 lb ground turkey
3 cans tomato soup
1 pkg No Yolk Egg Noodles, cooked
2 cans mushrooms
1/2 lb Light American Cheese, shredded or singles
Directions
Saute cut up onions, peppers and celery in pan and add rest of ingredients. Mix in cooked noodles.
Put in baking dish alternating layers of grated cheese. Bake at 350* until cheese is melted.
