    1/2 c applesauce,
    1/2 c molasses,
    1 egg,
    1/2 c soy milk or water,
    1 tsp vanilla,
    1 c black bean paste, ( cook beans until very soft, drain, and blend infood processor until thick paste)
    1/4 c brown sugar,
    1/2 c cocoa,
    1/2 c oat bran,
    dash sea salt,
    1.5 tsp baking powder,
    1/2 tsp baking soda,
    optional flax seeds, brown sugar, chopped nuts for sprinkling on top


prepare black bean paste in advance store in frigde or freezer until ready to use. mix beans with all wet ingredients then add all dry until well mixed. pour into 9x13 pan or cupcake holders. bake on 350 for 45 mintes. check center with tooth pick it should still be some what moist. your brownie should be soft and gooey but not wet inside! you have to try these!
