    2 cans (12.5 oz.) chicken breast in water
    1 stick Parkay light margarine
    2 cups long grain brown rice
    2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
    2 cans mushrooms, rinsed and drained
    1.5 cups chicken broth (I drain the chicken breast broth into a measuring cup and add water to make up the 1.5 cups)


Melt butter in microwave; add to rice in a large mixing bowl. Add chicken breast and flake chunks. Blend in soup, mushrooms and chicken broth. Put into 2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
