Introduction

A chicken dish that is low on fat and carbs, but high on taste. A chicken dish that is low on fat and carbs, but high on taste.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup marinara sauce
    1/2 cup fat free mozzerella cheese
    1 portabello mushroom cap

Directions

Butterfly Chicken Breasts. Slice Mushrooms into 1/4 inch slices. Put tbsp marinara on one side of each breast. Place mushrooms on top of marinara. Finish with half cheese on each breast. Fold the uncovered side of each breast over cheese. Use toothpicks to secure into place if needed. Pour any remaining marinara sauce over breasts. Place in bake dish and bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes. After cooking cut each breast in half. Half is plenty for one person.
