    Celery, raw, 200 grams
    Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Onions, raw, 150 grams
    Carrots, raw, 100 grams
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 150 grams
    Canned Tomatoes, 150 grams
    Knorr Chicken stock cube, 1 serving
    Water, tap, 20 fl oz


Chop vegetables and chicken up to half inch cubed pieces. Put then in a saucepan with a lid, add the tomatoes and water, bring to the boil. Crumble in the stock cube. Simmer fast for 10 minutes then simmer slowly for another 20 (longer if you use an Aga or a cookpot and want to go and do something else whilst this gets itself ready for you.)

Serves four good sized portions and if you want to spice it up a bit simply sprinkle in some Tabasco or Busha Brown's Hot Pepper sauce from Jamaica
