    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Nature’s Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread 1 slice, 8 serving


Combine and stir eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Dip bread into batter and cook on skillet. Makes 8 slices of French Toast.
