Ingredients

    1-1/2 c raw walnuts, ground in food processor
    1-1/2 t ground cumin
    3/4 t ground coriander
    2 t nama shoyu soy sauce or braggs
    pinch cayenne, optional

Directions

serves 10

after grinding walnuts in food processor to a meat like texture add remaining ingredients. mix & serve.

i like to roll it up in either a flax seed tortilla or even a leaf of lettuce.
