Number of Servings: 8


    1.5 lb Ground Beef, Lean
    3/4 c Bread Crumbs, plain
    1/4 c Egg Substitute (Egg Beaters)
    1/2 c Onion, raw diced
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Pepper, Black


Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165.
