    2 - 12 ounce pkg. Mori-Nu light firm Tofu
    1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 cup egg beaters
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tbs. fresh basil
    1 onion chopped fine
    4 cloves garlic chopped fine
    2 tbs. olive oil


press tofu between 2 weighted cookie sheets
for 20 minutes. Sautee onion, garlic, basil, orgeano, and parsley in olive oil for 10 minutes.
Drain and mash tofu into a bowl, add all remaining ingredients and form into 15 meatballs.
Bake on oiled cookie sheet for 30 minutes or until browned.
Remove and serve with tomato sauce
