    1 Tbsp instand coffee
    2 Tbsp hot water
    1 pkg light cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup Splenda
    2 1/4 cup light cool whip topping, thawed
    32 Nilla wafers
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    1/2 tsp cocoa powder
    1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated


1. Add coffee granules to hot water, stir until disolved. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with a whire whisk untill well blended. Add Splenda, mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2. Place 16 wafers on bottom of 9" square dish; cover with half of the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
3. Top wit raspberries just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Makes 16 servings.
