    pork shoulder roast
    fat free sour cream
    2 pakets taco seasoning
    tortilla shells
    mexican blend cheese
    apple juice
    1 onion
    3 garlic cloves
    creole seasoning
    pablano pepper


In a slow cooker, add the shoulder roast (fat side up). Put in a splash of apple juice, the taco seasoning, pinch salt, pinch pepper, 1-2 tbsp of creole seasoning. Chop and de-seed the jalepenos and pablanos (1 of each) and put in the pot. Cover and let cook on low-medium for about 6 hours.

Once cooked fully, shred with two forks. On a soft taco or burrito shell add pork, cheese, shredded lettuce, and a dab of sour cream (salsa if wanted as well). Serve and enjoy!
