    Brisket of Corned Beef
    Potatoes, medium sized
    medium bag of baby carrots
    large head of cabbage
    Pickling Spice (usually included with Brisket)


Makes 10 servings

Place Brisket and Pickling spices in large stock pan of water. Boil up to 2 hours.

Cut head of Cabbage into quartered wedges. Peel Potatoes. Rinse carrots. Add to Stock pan.
Boil until vegetables are tender.
