    Mixed baby greens
    olive oil
    Whole wheat pasta noodles
    Fresh Mozzarella
    baby tomatoes


Cook the pasta. When done, rinse well.

In a blender: add olive oil, 1/4-1/2 c water from pasta, garlic, basil, and salad greens. Blend completely.

Add sauce to pasta and mix well.

Cube the mozzarella and slice the cherry tomatoes. Add to pasta and mix.
