    1lb of lean ground beef
    1/2 cup onion finely chop
    1/2cup uncooked rice
    1/2cup water
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

    1can tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2tsp worcestershire sauce


mix 7 first ingredients and form big balls about 12 balls .
mix tomato sauce water and worcestershire sauce and pour over the balls and put a foil on top of the dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour and remove the foil and bake 1/2hour more
