    1.5 cups Egg Whites
    1.5 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
    Cinnamon and Splenda to taste
    2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)


Recipe makes 4 servings of two large/4 small pancakes. Blend ingredients and pour into pan or skillet. Make like regular pancakes. Can serve with sugar-free maple syrup or as you choose.
