Ingredients

    1 lb. navy beans
    2 cans swanson 99% chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    3 teaspoons ham base

Directions

Chop onions and garlic. and put in a slow cooker.
wash beans then add to cooker. add broth and cook on low for 8 hours. When done cooking add ham base. You can omit the ham base if you are on a low sodium diet
Make 8 1 cup servings
