Yummy comfort food and quick to throw together. Make it even healthier by using chicken, shrimp, or tofu instead of beef. Great over white or brown rice. Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    1 pound lean beef, sliced into thin strips
    16 oz fresh or frozen green beans, trimmed
    1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
    1Tbsp Oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp Soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup cashews

Directions

In hot wok or skillet add canola oil. Stir fry beef until no longer pink. Remove beef from pan, add trimmed green beans. Stir fry until tender. While cooking combine Hoisin sauce, oyster sauce,soy sauce, and minced garlic. Return beef to pan and add sauce mixture. Combing thoroughly and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cashews, stir to combine. Serve over white or brown rice (not included in nutrition info).
