    1/2 c oatmeal (not instant)
    1 c of water
    3 tbls of pumpkin
    1 tbls of maple syrup
    1 tsp sugar
    cinnamon to taste


Boil Water, put in oatmeal, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes while stirring randomly. Add rest of ingredients and enjoy!
