    2 slices rye bread
1 tsp Land o Lakes light butter with canola oil
2 Tbsp Fat Free 1000 Island Dressing
2 oz. (7 slices) Hillshire Farms Corned Beef
1 slice Kraft Swiss Cheese with 2% milk
1/4 cup Sauerkraut drained *squeeze in paper towel to remove liquid so that your sandwich isn't soggy*

1. Put half of butter on outside of each piece of bread.
2. Apply dressing each piece of bread.
3. Assemble corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut on one piece of bread. Then top with other piece of bread.
4. Broil in oven until bread is nicely toasted on each side. (You'll have to flip it over half way through.)
*Watch closely! It doesn't take long! If the oven rack is too high, your bread will toast before your cheese melts.

    Very Good
We love Reubens! If you ever want to change things up a bit ... we prefer brown mustard instead of the Thousand Island dressing ... and provolone cheese is good in place of the swiss. - 1/14/09
