Number of Servings: 2


    Cooking spray (Pam or your choice)
    Beef, round steak, 8 oz
    *Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp
    *Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 inner leaf
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup


Combine Fajita seasoning, Peanut oil, water in a zip top bag and mix. Cut the steak in strips about 1/4" thick. Put beef strips in the marinade. Marinate at least an hour - I usually do this the night before I cook it.

Take the steak out of the zip top bag and pat excess marinade off meat. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray (lightly). Heat the pan over medium high heat. Add meat to the pan and brown thoroughly.

Put the cooked meat on whole Romaine lettuce leaves and sprinkle with cheese and your other favorite toppings.

For extra heat, add a 1/8 tsp of Cyanne Pepper to the marinade. This will be hot!!
