Ingredients

    1 pound boneless pork chops
    2 Tablespoons chili powder
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon cumin
    1/8 teaspoon cloves
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon vinegar
    1 Tablespoon orange juice

Directions

Pound chops to 1/4 inch thick. Combine spices,
vinegar, and orange juice and coat chops with
mixture. Refrigerate minimum 3 hours or overnight.
Grill or broil chops for 8-12 minutes or until no
longer pink in center. Slice into bite-size pieces.

To keep to a low-iodine diet serve with Flour Tortilla recipe I have also added to the site.
