Ingredients

    1 tbs. olive oil
    4 oz. lean ham
    ¼ cup diced red onion
    ½ cup chopped baby carrots
    ¼ cup diced celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth_100% fat free-no MSG-33% less sodium
    One 15-oz. can Always Save Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
    ¼ tsp dried rosemary
    ¼ tsp dried thyme
    ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions

1) In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ham and onion, stirring for 2 minutes.
2) Add the carrots, celery, and garlic.
3) Cook stirring for about 4 or 5 minutes or until vegetables become soft.
4) Stir in broth, beans, and seasonings.
5) Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
