    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup
    **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 6 tsp


Grind flax seeds. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fry on a non-stick pan. Makes about 16 pancakes.
