My Own little twist to Enchilada's

My Own little twist to Enchilada's


Number of Servings: 2


    * Tomato Sauce, .25 cup
    * Ortega Enchilada Sauce, 3 tbsp
    * Mama Lupe Flour Tortilla (Fajita Size), 2 serving
    * *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 3.8 oz
    * Nacho Cheese (Gracias), .5 serving
    * Green Onions (Optional)


In a Medium Sauce Pan Stir in about 1/4 cup of water, 4 teaspoons of enchilada sauce, and 4 teaspoons of tomato sauce Then Bring to a boil

While thats cooking get your beef browned in a medium skillet (About 4 oz should cover 2 enchiladas)

Warm your Tortilla's over the stove

Cake your 2 *Mama Lupes* Flour Tortilla shells in the enchilada sauce pan and then add half your beef and a pinch of Fat Free Cheddar Cheese. (Do The same with the other)

Grease your oven pan with Pam and lay the 2 beef/cheese filled enchilada's in your pan.

Put Remainder of Enchilada sauce over Enchiladas

Sprinkle half a serving of Nacho Cheese (Gracias) over tortillas

Sprinkle some green onions on top of the Nacho Cheese (Optional)

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes

Let Cool Then Have at it! :)
