Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I cup of plain yogurt
    1/2 Tablespoon dill weed, dried
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    2 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt or less
    1 cucumber peeled and sliced thin
    12 Precooked Turkey meatballs sliced into four to fit in pita.
    12 Tomato slices (two tomatoes)
    Onion slices (optional)
    6 whole wheat pocket pitas

Directions

Mix dill , garlic, lemon juice, salt into yogurt. Set aside. Slice vegetables fairly thin.

Just heat the precooked meatballs in a saucepan or in the microwave. Slice them up fairly thin. Slice the Pita's in half and put in the yogurt sauce, cucumber slices tomato slices and onion. Yum.
