    2 1/2 cups leftover brown rice
    1 cup canned black beans
    1/4 cup leftover cooked mushrooms
    1 tsp garlic
    1 cup chard or spinach chopped up
    2 1/2 tbsp shedded cheddar
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper


Pick some chard from the garden and chop it up in the food processor (2 min)

microwave all the ingrediens together covered until hot
