    1 lb. Strawberries
    2 packets Splenda
    1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix
    3 packets Splenda
    1/3 cup Skim Milk
    1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    Fat-Free whipped topping


STIR - strawberries and 2 packets Splenda in a bowl, set aside
HEAT oven to 425 degrees F. Stire Bisquick mix; 3 packets splenda; 1/4 tsp. vanilla and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by 4 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE 10-12 min or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping. Yeild 4 shortcakes.
