    -6 Med Potatoes
    -3 tbsp Light Margarine
    -3 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    -1/4 cup Skim Milk
    -Salt to taste
    -Pepper to taste
    -Paprika to taste


-Peel Potatoes
-Chop Potatoes into 1 inch chunks
-Boil potatoes until soft enough to cut with knife
-Mash in Kitchenaid mixer and add all other ingredients
-Mix until smooth
-Season to taste
