    560g lean beef, cut into cubes
    2 onions, cut into wedges
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 cups beef stock
    1 tbs paprika
    2 tsp plain flour
    1 tbs brown sugar
    400g baby potatoes, cut into halves
    12 baby carrots, peeled


Preheat oven to 180"C. Heat large frypan to a high heat and add the steak and cook until browned, then place in the casserole dish.

Cook the onion over a low heat until soft. Add the garlic, 1 tbspn stock, paprika and flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in remainder stock and sugar and continue to stir until boiling. Pour into the casserole dish.

Add potatoes and carrots and bake for 30 minutes, then serve.
