    quarter red pepper
    coarsely 1/4 cup chopped onion
    6 baby carrots sliced thinly
    2 plum tomatos inside cleaned out
    1/2 chicken breast cooked
    2 soft tortilla (150 cal each)


saute onions and carrots, add broth with a little epicure fajita seasoning add red peppers, chicken and tomatos just to heat. Serve with warmed tortilla's. Enjoy
