    3 lb of Round Rump (butt) Roast
    1 packet of sauce mix for a rump roast
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of baby carrots, raw
    1 cup of celery, raw
    1 cup of diced potatoes, raw
    1 cup of onion, chopped


Cut celery, onion, and potatoes into small pieces.

MIx together water and sauce package for low-fat rump round roast in a small bowl. Whisk until no more clumps then pour the mixture with some salt and pepper into the crock pot.

Place celery, carrots,onion, potatoes, and roast into the crock pot.

Set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
