Introduction

The ingredients I used to make this were not low sodium, i'm sure there are lower sodium options. Also, I only used six slices of toast because I didn't want to make any more than that but it easily could be made into 8 servings. Ingredients

    1 can chunk light tuna in water
    1/3 can sauerkraut,
    1/2 package dry ranch dressing
    1/2 cup fat free miracle whip or mayonaise
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    6 slices of wheat bread
    6 slices of swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Mix together tuna, sauerkraut, ranch dressing,
miracle whip and buttermilk in a bowl. Make 6 slices of toast and place them on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Put the tuna mixture on them and then cover each with a slice of swiss cheese. Bake for aprox. 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Be careful toast doesn't burn.
