Introduction

Mash bananas and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
Beat sugar, oil and applesauce together. Blend in egg. Add banana mixture. Stir in flour until well blended. Add vanilla. Stir in pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1hour.
